Planet Hollywood Paris chooses CT200 rack conveyor dishwasher

Planet Hollywood Paris is a a two-storey restaurant adorned with Hollywood memorabilia and making part of Disney Village Paris Restaurants inside the Disneyland Paris amusement park. It welcomes tourists from all over the world by offering a menu inspired to the traditional American cuisine.

They chose to install our CT200 rack conveyor dishwasher equipped with a pre-wash module and double tank is able to manage restaurants with a large number of places like this: the hourly productivity is almost 3600 dishes, all potentially managed in total autonomy by a single operator. The drying module chosen for this installation is an additional aid for the end user that furtherly reduces the fixed cost for the manager of the business.
